Production times

Estimated production times for all our products are detailed below:

• Custom rubber stamps: up to 3 weeks from the date your artwork proof is approved.
• Custom pre-inked stamps and custom paper embossers [including additional plates]: up to 2 weeks from the date your artwork proof is approved.
• Custom paper packing tape: up to 1 week from the date your artwork proof is approved.
• Bulk paper packing tape: 6-8 weeks from the date your artwork proof is approved.
• All non-custom products are usually shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order [if you've also ordered a custom product, the relevant production time will apply and your items will ship together].

The above timings are an estimate. Our small team works as quickly as possible, and your order may ship sooner. If you're in a rush, we recommend opting for Express Post at checkout, so your order moves more quickly through the Australia Post system once production is completed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on weight and size of your order, and are calculated at checkout.

We ship all orders through Australia Post, and offer regular Parcel Post or Express Post options. 

For international orders, we ship using Australia Post [Standard]. 

 To calculate approximate shipping times, enter our postcode 2487 in the 'From' field.

We process orders in the order that they're received. Please note that selecting Express Post ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly via Australia Post once it's been shipped, it doesn’t mean production time will be quicker.
